Conrad Tokyo …

 Conrad Tokyo
Conrad Tokyo – above level 28
… as soon as you hear the name, you can start dreaming. We have already visited a number of hotels that have the label “luxury hotel”, 5-star hotel or similar attributes. But only a few of them reach the standard of this exclusive house.

Location:

The Conrad Tokyo is in the Minato district, almost right on the water and offers breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay and the famous Tokyo Tower. The location is ideal for both business travelers and tourists as it is close to major attractions, shopping centers and restaurants.

The Ginzo district is within walking distance. There you will find flag stores of all the better fashion houses, specialist shops for high-quality watches and many other shops with high-quality items. Additionally, Tokyo Station is just a few minutes away by taxi, and Shimbashi and Shiodome stations are within walking distance.

On the east side of Conrad Tokyo is the Hamarikyū Park</ a>, an Edo-period public park and pond on the site of a 17th-century shogun palace.

Equipment:

The hotel has an impressive range of amenities. These include a first-class fitness center, a heated indoor pool, a spa with various wellness treatments and an excellent restaurant with special units for sushi and teppanyaki. The lobby is elegantly designed and offers a relaxing place to stay with an outstandingly well-stocked bar.

There is also an executive lounge on the top floor that leaves nothing to be desired.

This area, like all other public areas of the Conrad Tokyo, is discreetly decorated with the greatest attention to detail and is decorated with fresh flowers practically every day. The art objects on display are exquisite, be they pictures or sculptures – everything is consistent, right down to the little things that only become apparent at second glance.

As an example, a tiny bird appears to be chirping happily as a three-dimensional object in the picture at the head of the bed in our room. I could list a lot of such examples, including several bonsai trees, some of which are more than 80 years old, or the table decoration in the executive lounge, which is made from purely natural materials.

In a word: the entire Conrad Tokyo is a wonderful work of art!

Room:

The rooms at Conrad Tokyo are spacious, modern and stylishly furnished. The large windows offer spectacular city or water views. The pieces of furniture are of exquisite elegance without appearing unapproachable. And again, it’s all the little things that ultimately add up to real luxury.

For example, the welcome greeting should be mentioned, consisting of a puzzle made of chocolate pieces that, when put together correctly, form a picture of Conrad Tokyo. The fact that the bathroom is only separated from the rest of the room by a complete pane of glass creates a feeling of size and freedom. Of course, a wooden roller blind can be lowered electrically to create privacy. the bathrooms are well-equipped with high-quality toiletries.

In addition to the usual slippers, high-quality pajamas and bathrobes are provided; fine shoehorns, brushes and umbrellas are of course provided.

The beds are comfortable and the bedding is of absolutely high quality.

Conclusion:

The Conrad Tokyo is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a luxurious stay in Tokyo. The combination of a first-class location, high-quality furnishings and stylish rooms makes this hotel a top address. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will certainly feel comfortable at the Conrad Tokyo.

Particularly noteworthy is the large group of employees who try to anticipate every guest’s every wish. Such friendliness is not only experienced by the employees who are directly involved in personal service, such as at the reception or in the dining areas.

Even the staff, who are actually “only” entrusted with the daily polishing of the room or the maintenance of the various facilities, always treat the guest with exquisite politeness and always with a friendly smile on their faces.

The Conrad Tokyo seems to be worth every yen it charges for this luxury!
